📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients, following recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Assist senior chefs in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Stock and manage inventory of food items, ensuring adequate supplies are available.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic kitchen.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Support the kitchen team in meeting daily production targets and ensuring timely service.
- Learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes as required.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food preparation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Kitchen Helper in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools.
