📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Assist with the preparation and presentation of meals, including setting the table and serving food and beverages.
• Manage the villa's cleaning and maintenance schedule, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Coordinate and arrange special requests and experiences for guests, such as private tours, spa treatments, and dining reservations.
• Oversee the operation of the villa's kitchen, including inventory management and meal planning.
• Maintain a well-stocked bar and ensure the availability of beverages and snacks throughout the day.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the villa's management team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Butler, Housekeeper, or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
• Valid certification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
