As an Inbound Operations Staff, you will be responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods. Your daily tasks will include coordinating with suppliers, conducting quality checks, and maintaining accurate inventory records using our in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS).

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
- Collaborate with the team to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory status and warehouse activities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or retail logistics
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software, such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg
