📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or Zendesk
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian
- Customer service certification (e.g., from the Indonesian Customer Service Association) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred but not required
