As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you'll be the voice of Arandra Teknik Mandiri in Bali, handling inbound and outbound calls to ensure our clients receive the best service possible. Based in Bali, you'll work closely with our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, helping us maintain strong relationships with our valued clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service and support.
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Update and maintain customer records using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities to drive sales and business growth.
• Provide regular reports on customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
