📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop CNC programs for milling machines using software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar.
• Program and operate CNC milling machines to fabricate precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Optimize CNC programs to improve production efficiency and reduce material waste.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure that fabricated parts meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in CNC programming and machining.
• Maintain and calibrate CNC milling machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and maintain detailed records of CNC programs and production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machining, preferably in the metalworking industry.
• Proficiency in CNC programming software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and 3D modeling software.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and machining processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
