📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Work closely with the team of eye specialists, optometrists, and support staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain the clinic's standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to patient safety and data privacy.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the clinic's performance and efficiency, such as streamlining processes and optimizing resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare providers to enhance the clinic's reputation and growth.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Ensure that the clinic's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and up-to-date to support the delivery of high-quality eye care services.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure that the clinic's operations align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry, with a focus on eye care.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, guidelines, and best practices, with a focus on patient safety and data privacy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, referring physicians, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
