📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure client satisfaction.
- Install, configure, and optimize security systems according to client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular system checks and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all technical work and maintain detailed records of system configurations and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
- Train clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of security systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the security industry.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Certifications in security systems, such as CCTV, access control, or alarm systems, are a plus.
- Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and security system management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
