🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Systems Analyst or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Certifications in relevant IT systems or methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or ITIL) are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
