📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their vehicle needs and service requirements.
• Provide accurate and transparent information about vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.
• Manage customer expectations and communicate progress and completion of service.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Upsell and recommend additional services to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools and software.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
