• Shape company culture and drive strategic HR initiatives
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to align HR strategies with company growth
• Manage all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
• Lead HR projects, such as employee surveys and performance reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
