As a Commodity Operations Analyst at Macquarie Group, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the operational aspects of commodity trading, including order execution, risk management, and trade reconciliation. You will work closely with traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all trading activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the operational aspects of commodity trading, including order execution, risk management, and trade reconciliation.
• Work closely with traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all trading activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Utilize advanced trading platforms and software, such as Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv Eikon, and Macquarie's proprietary trading systems, to execute trades and manage risk.
• Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for arbitrage and hedging.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the performance of the commodity trading desk.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Provide operational support to the trading team, including troubleshooting technical issues and implementing process improvements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in commodity trading and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commodity trading, operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of commodity markets, including futures, options, and physical trading.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with trading platforms and software, such as Bloomberg Terminal, Refinitiv Eikon, or Macquarie's proprietary trading systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
