📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the processing of airfreight shipments, including documentation and customs clearance.
• Support customer service by handling inquiries and providing information on shipping options and rates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Maintain and update shipping records and databases using our in-house system and ERP software.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping reports and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with international airfreight regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with 0-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of airfreight operations and international shipping regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
