📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement sustainable horticulture practices that enhance productivity and environmental stewardship.
- Oversee the implementation of crop rotation, organic farming, and integrated pest management strategies.
- Conduct training sessions for farmers on sustainable agricultural techniques.
- Monitor and report on the performance of sustainable horticulture projects.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with international sustainability standards.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sustainable horticulture practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainable horticulture or related roles.
- Certification in sustainable agriculture practices (e.g., Certified Sustainable Agriculture Practitioner - CSAP).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing sustainable farming practices.
- Strong knowledge of crop rotation, organic farming, and integrated pest management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with agricultural software and tools such as FarmLogs, AgriWeb, or similar.
