The U.S. Embassy Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Shipment Clerk to join our Logistics & Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating the shipment of goods and materials to and from the embassy. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments according to established procedures.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery status.,Assist in the preparation and packaging of outgoing shipments.,Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering processes as needed.,Collaborate with the Logistics & Supply Chain team to resolve any issues or discrepancies in shipments.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.,Stay updated on changes in logistics and supply chain policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in an international setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.,Experience with customs clearance procedures and international shipping is a plus.
