📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Develop and implement best practices for technical writing within the company.
• Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure that documentation meets the needs of our customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Provide training and support to junior technical writers as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Experience with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
• Familiarity with technical writing best practices and standards.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
