📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, helping them to identify tax-saving opportunities and minimize their tax liabilities.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and assist clients in managing their tax risks.,Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate and individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Conduct tax planning and strategy sessions with clients, providing recommendations and solutions to optimize their tax positions.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to junior team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored tax solutions.,Collaborate with internal teams, such as accounting and finance, to ensure seamless integration of tax services into overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in a multinational or international environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate and individual tax matters.,Proficiency in tax software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant tax management systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise recommendations to clients.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
