🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.,Proven experience in assessments and insights, particularly in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of data governance principles and practices.,Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) is a plus.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
