📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives.,Monitoring departmental performance, setting and achieving KPIs, and reporting to senior management.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Representing the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.,Knowledge of and experience in the relevant industry or sector is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
