Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the roles,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
