📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Work with cross-functional teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
• Utilize advanced software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Moldflow to design and analyze molds and injection molding processes.
• Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions to maintain product standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in plastic molding processes.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and production staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastic molding processes, with a strong background in injection molding.
• Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Moldflow.
• Knowledge of quality control systems and standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
• Experience with injection molding machines and related equipment.
