New Tech Abadi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Kitchen Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards.,Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in leading kitchen teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
