📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Create training materials and resources.,Conduct training needs analysis and assessments.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training objectives are met.,Maintain accurate records of training activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
