Bright Smart Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team in Kulon Progo. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of inventory management. This role is crucial for ensuring that our inventory is accurately tracked and managed, which helps us maintain efficient operations and meet customer demands.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records.,Conducting regular physical inventory checks to ensure accuracy.,Updating inventory levels in the system after receiving or issuing goods.,Assisting in the preparation of inventory reports and analysis.,Collaborating with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.,Ensuring compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.,Assisting in the organization and storage of inventory to maximize space utilization.,Providing support to the team during peak periods or special projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
