HSE Executive (Health, Safety & Environment) - Construction Industry

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks.
• Oversee the implementation of safety and environmental management systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams, contractors, and employees on safety and environmental best practices.
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certifications in ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001 are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in risk management and safety compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HSE management software such as SAP, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
