Warung Hana Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
