EMBER Berjaya is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Jimbaran, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer service mindset.
