📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Use specialized cleaning equipment and products to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
• Handle and maintain high-end linens, towels, and amenities, ensuring they are replenished and in good condition.
• Assist in preparing rooms for guest arrival, including setting up beds, changing linens, and arranging room service items.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.
• Follow and adhere to strict housekeeping protocols and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily and weekly cleaning targets.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve cleaning standards and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with hotel cleaning software such as Housekeeping Pro or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and carrying heavy items.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand for extended periods.
