📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and maintain the fleet's vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee fuel and lubricant management.
  • Track and manage vehicle usage and mileage.
  • Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the fleet manager in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for fleet-related services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
