Central Urban Pratama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Distribution Officer to join our team in Serang. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and distribution management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of distribution activities.,Monitor and optimize the distribution process to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Oversee the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and inventory levels.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the distribution center.,Provide support to the Distribution Officer in managing the distribution team.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience in operating and maintaining a fleet of vehicles.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to logistics and distribution.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
