📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow,Support the operations manager in planning and organizing tasks,Monitor and track operational activities to ensure efficiency,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Assist in maintaining and updating operational records,Provide support in implementing new operational procedures,Assist in training and developing new staff,Support in resolving operational issues and challenges

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or related field,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with operational software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proactive and detail-oriented,Fluent in English and Indonesian
