📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support and feedback to participants.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training and development methodologies and tools.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
