📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage research and development projects related to epoxy/PU flooring, admixtures, and protective coatings.,Develop and optimize formulations for new products, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and quality standards.,Conduct laboratory experiments and testing to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in the coatings and construction materials sector.,Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate project progress and results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development, preferably in the coatings or construction materials industry.,Strong knowledge of epoxy/PU flooring, admixtures, and protective coatings technologies and applications.,Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including formulation development, material testing, and quality control.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply scientific data.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
