📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell products and services to guests and visitors.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Manage inventory and restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Assist in merchandising and display to attract customers and drive sales.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.,Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong customer service orientation.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
