We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the production team to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards. This is a remote position, but you will need to be based in Ciputat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.,Train and develop the production team to improve skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Manage inventory and ensure that materials are available when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.,Strong understanding of quality control and safety standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).,Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
