Point Web Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Baturaja. As a Lead Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any vulnerabilities.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintain and update security records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Supervise and train junior security guards, providing guidance and support to ensure their effectiveness.,Work closely with other departments to enhance overall security measures and protocols.,Ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and assets within the premises.,Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security guard services, with a proven track record in leadership roles.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent experience.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and emergency procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks as required.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.,Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
