CV Ekspresi Persada is seeking a motivated and experienced Deputy Supervisor to join our team in Menteng. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervision and a passion for driving team performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff.,Manage schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvements.,Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and other relevant data.,Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
