📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and objectives.,Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
