We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team in Cikarang, Jawa Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Support the HR team in compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
